Shipping and Logistics
Our Headquarters in Birmingham provides unrivalled logistical capability utilising leading logistics partners such as FedEx, UPS and DPD. Our stock system is integrated with these major courier partners to ensure a seamless clearance of customs to European destinations whether transport method is road or air. As well as this, we ship vast amounts of stock through dedicated pallet couriers providing our customers with high quality and efficient service every time. Our Midlands Hub has been designed to offer high quality inbound and outbound freight services across the continent and we will be able to give you total visibility of your order, from point of collection all the way through to delivery, anywhere in Europe.
We have £9 million of IT hardware, a stockholding that has steadily increased over the past few months in preparation for BREXIT. We have always aimed at having one of the most diverse and comprehensive product portfolios within the market, all at exceptionally competitive prices. Further to this we have access to a multitude of offerings.
Flexi-Trade and VAT Registration In Europe
Intec Micros pride themselves in being fluid and flexible in our operation, this means we can rapidly adapt to trading INCOTERMS of your choosing such as DAP or DDP. If you are all set up with your country and wish us to ship DAP we can continue to do this. Alternatively should you wish us to ship using DDP terms and us handle any Duties and Taxes we can of course handle this for you. Intec Microsystems Limited operates a formal Branch in Holland which allows us to utilise Holland as a Hub to the whole of the EU. Intec Micros are VAT registered in Holland which allows us to deal with the Import VAT when any goods arrive to the EU which means you don’t need to worry about a thing. We simply need you to change the GB VAT number that is set on your system to our NL VAT number which is NL 8509 60 460 B01. Customers will not pay any VAT in invoices or be billed it at point of import as we are taking care of the whole process should you choose DDP terms.
