GDPR Commitment Statement for Intec Microsystems Limited.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the most significant piece of European privacy legislation in the last twenty years. Its introduction will strengthen the rights that EU individuals have over their personal data, and help in creating a uniform data protection law across Europe.

Intec Microsystems Limited will comply with the new GDPR regulations as a data processor when the regulations are enforced on 25th May 2018. Working in conjunction with our customers and employees, we will ensure that all of our data processing and storing activities are in line with the GDPR regulations.

Intec Microsystems Limited has rewritten its Data protection policies and is implementing regular audits and training for staff to ensure that the policies and regulations are adhered to. Intec Microsystems Limited have appointed a data protection officer to deal with any requests for data, to control and complete audits and to ensure that the Data protection policy is followed.
