Demo Kit Terms and Conditions

    1. Purpose

    The Distributor agrees to provide the Customer with a demo kit ("Demo Kit") containing the following products and accessories for the purpose of evaluation: - List of products included in the Demo Kit

    2. Responsibilities

    Distributor Responsibilities: - Provide the Demo Kit to the Customer in good working condition. - Offer technical support and assistance during the evaluation period. - Ensure that the Demo Kit is adequately packaged for shipping. b. Customer Responsibilities: - Use the Demo Kit solely for evaluation purposes as outlined in this Agreement. - Handle the Demo Kit with care and return it in the same condition as received. - Cover the costs associated with returning the Demo Kit to the Distributor.

    3. Duration

    The evaluation period for the Demo Kit shall commence on [Start Date] and end on [End Date]. The Customer agrees to return the Demo Kit to the Distributor by [Return Date].

    4. Return Condition

    The Customer shall return the Demo Kit in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation provided by the Distributor. The Customer is responsible for any damage or loss of the Demo Kit during the evaluation period.

    5. Liability and Insurance

    The Distributor shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the Demo Kit while in the possession of the Customer. The Customer is advised to secure appropriate insurance coverage for the Demo Kit during the evaluation period.

    6. Confidentiality

    The Customer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or data included in the Demo Kit. The Customer shall not disclose or use any confidential information for any purpose other than the evaluation of the products. The Customer agrees to provide feedback to the Distributor on their experience with the Demo Kit and the products provided. The Distributor may use this feedback for improvement purposes. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
